• Scooter’s Jungle is your solution to finding an event facility where the host family can relax and have FUN. Let us worry about all the details and clean-up.
• Our indoor locations are safe and filled with HUGE custom designed equipment (inflatables and permanent structures) and games so every guest has FUN!
• Our buildings are always clean, air conditioned and offer GREAT music!
• All arena and party rooms are private, so you will NOT be sharing the space with anyone else except your invited family and friends.
• Our most popular equipment in our buildings is our rope swing and slide. It’s not your every day adventure when your guests can swing on a rope!

Expectations when you reserve a private party or event at Scooter’s Jungle:

1. Once you reserve the age appropriate play area with a non-refundable deposit of $100, you will receive a package with pre-printed invitations, a reservation agreement, and an introduction letter outlining specifics about your party.

2. Next, you can view all of our awesome goodie bags and stuffed toys available for your party [coming soon to the website]…see “Scooter’s Jungle Cool Stuff” section within each locations pricing sheet. The quality and value of our novelties is incredible and will impress your guests!

3. Our party planner will contact you 1-2 days before your event to get your head count for # of kids and adults attending, take your pizza, balloon, and goodie bag orders (if you want to order) and review last minute details..

4. Please remind all guests to wear or bring socks especially the adults who never think they will play and almost always do. We sell socks for $2/pair.

5. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to bring in your supplies (cake, refrigerator items…) and check in your family and birthday child. We will be unable to assist your group if you arrive any earlier. Please, no ice chests.

6. A safety orientation will be given to your group after 10 minutes, and then our staff will walk everyone into the play area! If you are using the Jr! arena, you will stay in that location for your entire event. Village and Ultimate arenas will play in the arena for 1 ½ hours, then proceed to the party room for the last 45 minutes.

7. Arena: In your arena, everyone including adults have the opportunity to PLAY! Our staff member can play age-appropriate games based on your group preference.

8. Party Room: During your last 45 minutes in our party room, our staff will set-up your pizza, if ordered, assist serving your drinks, help everyone sing Happy Birthday, cut the cake and assist with distribution of the cake. Last, if you choose to open gifts, our staff will help organize the openings.

9. Check-Out: At the conclusion of your party, we will assist you to your car with any extras and finalize your bill minus any pre-paid deposits. Our front desk staff will ask you for feedback and comments. Gratuities are welcomed and will be split equally among staff members or per your request.
